Meaning Of Dreams

by | 22 Aug, 2018

Q I have been doing different chakras meditation for 15 to 30 minutes every day for a week now. Ever since, I have been starting to have all sorts of dreams every night. I have never had so many dreams before, does this have something to do with the meditation? And do I need to do something about it?

A Dreams are a method of processing things that have happened in our life, as well as a way in which our higher soul communicates with us. A processing dream tends to be somehow related to things that have happened, may feel weird or unusual, and can include any range of emotion. Guidance dreams will leave you feeling inspired, clear, knowing what you should do and how to do it.

When we work on our chakras, both of these things may happen. Old things that were sitting like lint in the filter of your chakras starts to move, and your mind may wish to try to process it. It will be things releasing from your deep unconscious – perhaps start a dream diary and then let it go, higher meaning will shine through if it is needed.
